I moved out in November 2004 and I will never recommend this place to anyone , the office it take 2 weeks to fix anything , the laundry machine never work, gym jajajaja what gym they have 3 broken machine in that room ... they want to charge $ 400.00 dollar per month and that is too much rent to leave in that place send me a E-mail if you want to info. about that nasty place
I leave there for one year and was because I cun't breake the lease

Hello, thanks for your comments it really helped. I just visited/toured this place two days ago. And I was really eerie feeling about the people I saw hanging around. But the leasing consultant said they were doing alot of renovation, so I figured it would be ok. I visited alot of apt. ratings and the cresent has not had one positive or high RATING. COULD YOU TELL ME A BIT MORE ABOUT IT, B/C I REALLY WANTED TO MOVE IN SIMPLY BECAUSE IT'S THE CHEPEST THING i COULD FIND TO LIVE TEMPORARILY TO GET ON MY FEET FROM JUST GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE UNTIL I FOUND A FULL TIMER AND STEADY INCOME/FINANCIAL STABLE?
