Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I live there for 1 1/2 years went I moved out they was charge me $75 dollar to clean the carpet $ 15 for the mini blinds the never work went I was there
laundry machine always broke , building was allway dirty, lots of cucaracha ( roches)
My AC unit it was broken for about two weeks in the summer time .water leak all the times ,,
