Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
the time i spent at the crescents it was awful...my very first year was ok...but the second year roaches were every where, rats coming through holes from the next apartment, and utilities go up every month...the crescents @ windy hill is no where to live...SORRY!!!
