Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived at the Cresent in 2003 to 2005 due to circumstances. Fortunately I had a unit in the bottom to the left of the lake. The ones that kind of stand alone that are not a part of the actual apartment buildings. It wasn't so bad for the first year. Everytime someone moved in or out,I would spot roaches in my unit, but the maintennce crew would come and spray and I kept my unit CLEAN so that there was noting to feed off of and I never saw them again.(I can't say how it is in the actual buildings)I never saw or experienced rodents in or around my unit. The one thing I can agree with is that Maintenance is SLOW. You might as well go to HOME DEPOT and DO-It-Yourself. And the neighbors are LOUD. Plus they allow BIG HUGE INTIMIDATING KILLER DOGS to live in the complex that for the most part is full of children. Not Cool.
