My family and I have lived here for 3 years and every year it gets worse and worse. There is nothing I can say about the decline of this property that hasn't already been said. The crime is terrible. Our car window was broken during some kind of fight. Luckily our neighbors called the police. When I reported it to managment, they didn't even care! They said it really wasn't there responsibility. But it is your responsibility to protect your tenants as best as possible. That doesn't happen. They're more concerned about keeping the grounds maintained than they are the units. I can't say this for all the staff, but most of them are rude and disrespectful. I was hopeful when I found out about the new management. But unfortunately it ddin't get any better. Just because you change the name doesn't make it work. They're like a bad used car salesman. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign on the dotted line. I totally agree with everything the first two have said. The crime, facilities, its all just a mess! Thank God we are finally moving!
