It was trouble from the start. The day we were moving in they showed us our apartment. There were a few problems. It was a 2-bedroom and we wanted a 1-bedroom, and this particular unit was already inhabited by roaches. There were roaches crawling on the counter, dead bugs in the kitchen drawers and even the refidgerator. If not for the fact that we had no place else to go we were have walked away right then. The matter was resolved and we were put in a 1-bedroom. During our time here we were w/o heat/air 85% of the time. We would call the office and complain and it would take weeks for maintenance to arrive. The heat/air would work for a few days then go off and we would have to start all over again. During renovation our deck furniture was demolished by the construction workers and our truck was damaged as well. The complex said they were not liable for what happened. My wife couldn't blow dry her hair w/o the power going out in our unit. When we got home from work one day we discovered that our shower head had been removed for no apparent reason and not replaced w/ another one and there were metal shards all over the tub. The office said the matter would be dealt w/ but never was. The hose to our tiolet busted, began flooding the unit and it took TWO WEEKS for maintenance to arrive. We had to stay w/ a friend during that time period. Once maintenance arrived all they did was put some duct tape around the area the hose was leaking. Needless to say that did not work. At this point I had no choice but to become unpleasant w/ the staff in order to resolve the matter. It took another week. When our lease was finally up I advised the office that we were not renewing. They had the audacity to ask "Why'". I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
