SO this place is awful. I moved in in Sept and its now february. When I moved in the fridge did not work so I put in a work order. It took them a week to come fix it and then they ripped the tile floor when they put it in (which im sure i will pay for).
I tried to find out where my mailbox was and they could not tell me which one they had assigned me and when they did they had given me the wrong key and had to get another one made. Then my hot water in my shower did not work for two weeks and it took them forever to come fix it even though I had no hot water. THen winter comes and it gets cold well my heater does not want to come on and they took two weeks to come turn it on. Then I had a switch go out and i have electrician background so i attempted to fix it but the whole place is wired up backwards and it did not work. EVERY MONTH THEY TRY TO TELL ME MY RENT IS A HUNDRED DOLLARS EXTRA THAN IT REALLY IS AND TRY TO SCREW ME OVER. like i would pay that extra money to LIVE IN THIS HELL HOLE. just dont live here...
