I grew up in a rough neighborhood and so I'm not intimidated by much and not much shocks me. However, I moved in and out of here in a matter of 5 months. No exageration when I say rats, an infestation of roaches, 2 maintenance men (one who doesnt speak english) for 600 apts, rude and incompetent staff, a dead body found in a unit (seriously!), obvious and juvenille style drug dealing in front of the buildings and at the kids playground, a constant klan of mexican residents playing soccer in the tennis courts leaving tons of trash after every visit, drug addicts asking for money at the park, stray dogs, woken up by gun shots because the military base divided by barb wire is next door every saturday and sunday, a gas station at the entrance that has prostitutes and homeless (an elderly woman was pistol whipped and robbed one night), young thugs who do smash and grabs (luckily I have a pitbull that they weren't trying to face).
This place is the most disgusting and disturbing place to live that I've seen in a long time. there is a total lack of pride. My car was hit and run by an illegal immigrant they later caught who was in the complex looking for scrap metal in the dumpster,....oh and again let me mention I was only there for 5 months.
I moved in on a whim, the house I was buying had a closing delay and the cheap prices sucked me in. It was the most stressful 5 months of my life. I kept my son in the house in fear he'd be taken, robbed, or God knows what. Unless your here illegally, have no standards in where you live, this is not the place for anyone with a sense of sanitation, morals, or looking to be content within their own home.
