my husband was looking for an apt for me in GA. he said the apt looked nice it had a fireplace and a LOT of sq feet. well i was ready to move in and it wasn't what it appeared to be. i regret signing a lease here. there are drug dealers, prostitutes, and etc. maintenance is horrible they never get anything fixed! i have been without a stove for 2 weeks!! how am i suppose to feed my kids! anyhow the place is roach infested to the fullest! roaches were so bad that my 4 month old daughter actually picked one up! Then they want to charge you extra if your late on your rent but they cant get stuff fixed on time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
