I lived there from 2000-2001. The management is very bad. The carpet and other facilities are very dirty. The leasing office was very bad attitude and irresponsive. They accept UPS delivery to the leasing office, but then they never inform you(such as post a note or leave a message),and they misplaced the delivered stuff. After I moved out, they did not refund my deposit. They did not do move-in inspection before I moved in, but did move-out inspection when I moved out.Then blamed me for the dirty carpet. That was the trick they played, so they can take your deposit. Stay away from Ridge Point. That's the worst apt I ever lived.
