The new management seems to be trying to turn the atmophere around, but it's a little too late for me. From the loud music passing through or sitting in the parking lot at 2:30 am to getting notices when the rent has already been paid to the garbage compactor being broken all the time, the three management changes have really taken a toll on me. The apartments are nice and spacious, but not everyone takes care of them, so there are a lot of bugs and not enough extermination. If you do rent, make sure you get a place as far away from the car dealership as you can. Their loudspeaker starts up early every morning except Sunday.
