The garbage compactor is always broke, thus Cobb County Environmental Control has been called out to the property on numerous occasions, because of the trash piled up out on the side walk. Matresses and tvs outside the compactor. The exterminator company is the worst they are probably putting something in their solution to feed the bugs because they come to spray and it does not work. Their Pest control company is Pests USA<<<
The property is recently getting some outside cleaning up done such as new pavement and waterpressure cleaning of the steps, side walks and the vinyl siding but what good is it for them to clean up outside when the bugs are on the inside. Our lease ends in September and we will be out of here like FLASH LIGHTENING...who could live in substandard conditions with such a bug problem and uncleanliness and noise outside the property. The property management is First Communities try to check them out on the web first and you decide.
