Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Don't move there. I live there for 1 year and that was a bad idea. I leaved close to the lease office and the gate never work, children were having sex in the fitness room. If you don't like unsuperived, rude children this is not the place for you. I lived on the 3rd floor and my apartment leak from the roof I had a big round ring in the celling. Lots of parties, fights and drugs, people were renting apartment and moving in all their family members. One home had about 10 people living in a 2 bed room. The police and fire department is always there and it is on Frankland so you know it is bad. I know the apartment looks nice for the price but beware, and the gas and electric is really high, $55 for water.JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!
