In my 2 years of living at Ridge Point, the first year was fine, then after a management change things got a little out of hand. My roof leaked for a good year. It would be "fixed" and the roofer would curse at his own work, and told me I was a liar cause he said he fixed it. Our neighbors below us never played loud music at night, but usually circa 9am every morning, they would play the typical mexican polka music very loudly atleast 3-5 times a week. My girlfriends car was broken into, smash and grab style. The place is full of cars that have loud mufflers. Every so often people would be zooming up and down the lanes doing brake tests, going about 40-0 as fast as they could to a screeching halt at 2am. It's also up the street from a firestation, so be prepared to hear the fire truck at all hours of the day and night. The upkeep of this place was horrible. We had 4 leaks in our roof. One of which was so bad it went unfixed for a good 5-6 months. It rotted through my ceiling which lead to a giant pile of drywall in my room. There is quite a problem with roaches too. We didn't have many problems the first year, but the second year I think they completely stopped spraying cause they were pretty prevalent. The price was good for the layout, but it didn't balance out with the serious problems that the place has. The leasing agents all knew me by name after complaining so much about my roof. The management thought I was a liar. I never got any sort of apology or deduction on rent even after threating with lawsuit if my roof wasn't repaired.

Stay away if at all possible. Infact most of Franklin Road is no good, stay far away from there. Pay the extra 100 or so and save your sanity.
