It is really sad....

I lived there for 5 years and it is really sad to think how much it has deteriorated in customer service and property maintenance. It is located in a great part of town so the commute is wonderful (excluding the fact that the Cobb County police live on Columns Drive; they give out a ton of tickets because of the strict speed regulations.) Hopefully, someone will put some capital back into this prime piece of property. If that does not happen then I am sure the property will be leveled and $1.5 million homes will be put in its place.

Hate it! I moved here in June 2005 with my 15 month old daughter. My daughter has been sick with chronic sinus and ear infections due to the enormous amount of mold. No need to complain...nothing will be done. I have to check my beds, always wear shoes and look under everything due to the infestation of scorpions. I was never told this would be a problem. I will be moving at the end of the month and have found a fabulous apartment six miles away at the same price with a lot more space and no mold or scorpions. Willeo Creek at Roswell is great!!! I will warn everyone I can about how awful this place is.
