Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I moved out of River Heights in November of 2003. I was very unhappy with the staff and management and decided to purchase a home. I was suppose to receive a refund for overpayment of rent and carried a credit for atleast a year, at the time of move-out I had a move-out inspection and there was no charges which meant I should've received a refund within 30 days as stated by the law. Well, here we are over 90 days later and no check. When I spoke to the assistant manager I was told she did not know how to close out an account and handed me a copy of my ledger and told me to call corporate, because she didn't know how to do it. She needs to learn the laws or it's going to cost the company money. I intend to take legal action. Do not move here, you'll always have a problem.
