I am absolutly appauled with those individuals that take a website intended to help others and turn it into a "witch hunt". I understand freedom of speech however this is crossing over to abusive. Personal attacks toward employees of a property, for whatever reason, are inappropriate. Use the website for what it is designed for. If there is any question at this time about the current management at River Heights it would be a direct result from the previous management. We are chipping away and are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel. It is real exciting to be a part of this property with a new management company that seriously means business when they say "there are going to be some changes around here". The properties amenities are being completely renovated- brand new fitness center (can?t wait!!), brand new playground area (the kids will love what we picked out for them ;)! ), the tennis courts are being resurfaced, all the pools are being revamped (about time, right!) along with the 3 spas. This property has a new "family" that really cares about it and can?t wait to see the reaction of it?s current & future residents. Try being nice :) its more rewarding. Sincerely the three year old ;)
