I stumbled on this website and was amazed at all the savage reviews of River Heights! I know the place and staff is not perfect, but I would like to know of a flawless alternative. I have lived at these apartments for over 7 months and I am pleased overall. I've had no major problems. I am a single woman and I feel very safe here. I could not possibly find a better rental price for a 2bd/2ba (well under the rent for the average local 1 bedroom!) I've had a small bit of irritation along the way, but I think that the superb location, good neighbors, and rental concession more than make up for any minor inconveniences. In my experience, the overworked and overstressed staff has done what they can for me and my apartment is in fine condition. I'm quite happy to be here!
