After reading the reviews, I noticed another person had difficulties getting their deposit after they moved from River Heights. Basically the way I finally received my deposit was that I continued to hound the management office until they gave me a telephone number from their corporate office. Its tough to get your deposit but you CAN do it...just be persistent. It doesnt seem fair that they can treat people like that but they do it anyway. I wouldnt say that the management office has the brightest people working there or else they just dont care. I moved out 12/03 so it hasnt been that long ago and I wouldnt think theyve changed overnight.
