After reading the reviews, I noticed another person had difficulties getting their deposit after they moved from River Heights. Basically the way I finally received my deposit was that I continued to hound the management office until they gave me a telephone number from their corporate office. It?s tough to get your deposit but you CAN do it...just be persistent. It doesn?t seem fair that they can treat people like that but they do it anyway. I wouldn?t say that the management office has the brightest people working there or else they just don?t care. I moved out 12/03 so it hasn?t been that long ago and I wouldn?t think they?ve changed overnight.
