It's a really nice location in Marietta with a very good commute to Atlanta but unfortunately, they have a very long way to go with customer service and quality living arrangements. Some suggestions for improvements are 1) change the air filters on a regular basis; or 2) upgrade appliances like dishwashers, refrigerators, water tanks; or 3) replace old and broken lighting fixtures. In a soft market like this, you would think they would be concerned about the competition. There are many other choices out there. At other apartment complexes, prospective renters can find updated appliances, nice lighting fixtures, clean carpets, floors and walls, regular pest extermination, BETTER insulation, new window blinds, etc. I hope River Heights reads this and gets a BIG hint. You have to spend money to make money, right'
