I lived at River Heights for almost two years. In that amount of time, I really only had to call maintenance a few times. two times to replace the water heater b/c it flooded my neighbors twice. However, all appliences will get old - it happens. I guess I'm not bitter b/c I'm not the one who was flooded! I would have liked new carpet, but mine was okay. The layout of the place and the price I paid was unbeatable. Not too noisy - except the kids. I moved because I was sick of the drive down Columns Drive. 25 miles an hour is a joke.
