River Heights

I have never been so disappointed in an apartment complex in my LIFE! there's never anybody in the office and when there is someone there, they have the door locked, the pools have been closed more than open, the garbage compactor is always broken and overflowing (I have photos, if interested), customer service is definitely not the first priority on the list for any of the management team. they're really nice and almost overly accommadating until after you move in and then they are rude, inconsiderate and just plain ugly. don't be fooled by the pretty landscaping at the entrance and around the office, the rest of the complex is terribly maintained, while there are two walk in closets, storage in the rest of the apt is completely inadequate, the kitchen is archaic, appliances are antiquated. my apt was NO WHERE NEAR move in ready. I had a list of OVER 25 items that required repair after i moved in and after eight months, some still remain un-repaired. PLEASE don't waste your money like i feel i have. whatever rent concession they offer are definitely NOT WORTH IT!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
