I have lived here for about 3 years and I agree...things have really been bad over the last year or so. Changes in management, staff members, etc. The new management company took over sometime early spring this year and during the transition, things were pretty hectic. But, I must say, it is slowly turning around. We now have a new manager who I pray for nightly!!! They have replaced many people who should have been fired a long time ago. My past due maintenance issues are now being tended to. I still have a few outstanding, but at least the new staff communicates with me and is trying to be helpful. They understand what the residents have been through and really seem to care. I have heard them get chewed out for things that have been out of their control. They are trying to make positive changes, but we need to give them time to get caught up. I can't say that I am "happy" yet, but I can see their efforts and am pleased with the changes. I just wish they could get this construction over with. We also need a new fitness center. The trash was a problem for a llllllllong time, but the new guys really bust their butts to keep that place cleaned up. Just wanted to share some positive info with you. This web-site seems to be so full of negativity. It's really not a horible place. Just needs some TLC which it is finally getting!
