THIS PLACE NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL! - GREAT LOCATION, BUT FACE IT MOST OT THE TENANTS ARE ONLY HERE BECAUSE OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. ANYWHERE YOU LIVE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE COMFORTABLE. THE OFFICE HOURS ARE NOT ACCURATE, THEY ARE EITHER NOT IN OR THE DOOR IS LOCKED AND THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS TAKING CALLS(GO FIGURE)YOU HAVE TO CALL MAINTENANCE AT LEAST 6 TIMES TO GET ANYTHING DONE (ARE THEY EVEN GETTING THE WORK ORDERS FROM THE OFFICE, OR ARE THEY THROWING THEM AWAY) THERE ARE SO MANY LEAKS AROUND HERE, IT IS PATHETIC! MOST OF THE TIME WHEN YOU GO IN THE OFFICE THE STAFF LOOKS AT YOU AS THOUGH YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. I HOPE THINGS GET BETTER, CAN IT GET ANY WORSE
