The management of River Heights is not interested in pleasing any of their residents. Why do they care since the complex will be turned into overpriced condos in the very near future. Takes approximately 2 months to get a maintenance request completed. Accounting is horrible..we have gotten 2 eviction notices due to their horrible accounting (we pay all of our bills on time). They have switched property managers at least twice in the last year. I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this by far is the WORST! Great location if you aren't too upset with management to enjoy it!
