River Heights has the worst maintenance I have ever seen. I moved in in mid-July and after 12 visits to fix the A/C, it was finally fixed. I waited 3 months to have a water leak fixed under the sink, a water leak repaired whenever the washer ran that left water in both the laundry room and bathroom floors, and a socket that was not working fixed. My oven recently died the week before Thanksgiving and after 6 phone calls, it was replaced on 12/7.
I would never recommend this apt complex. They don't care about their tenants and if they think they'll be selling any of these to their current tenants after we all know how poorly they have been maintained... guess again!
