River Heights

I have read through the reviews about River Heights and I must say, I cannot believe the comments so many have had. I am proud to live at River Heights. I have lived here for over 3 years and as things were very trying for some time, the new management has made drastic improvements. We have a brand new fitness center with all new equipment! They are finally replacing the mailboxes! (I see the guys installing them now!) My service requests are finally getting answered in reasonable time! They painted my building and replaced the entire walkway to my apartment. As for the comment about the grounds...there is never trash lying around. The landscapers are out every day picking up. It looks much better than it did last year! I know they have paid a lot to have the old, overgrown trees removed that tended to fall on our cars every time the wind blew! I see them making every effort to improve this place! I suggest to all of you, who have lived here before the new management took over, to give them the opportunity to fix things. I am seeing the improvements they're making and I know you do, too. It can't happen in one day. Have you seen the pool decks? Remember, you use to not be able to walk on them for fear of falling through. The entire decking is brand new! I have voiced my opinion, probably too many times, but have since apologized because I see the progress. They really are working hard to make us happy.
