i agree with the last review. i have seen a lot of improvements since my date of move in. as for the area, it is so beautiful out here. the drive to my apartment every evening is just so gorgous and peaceful. beautiful trees, hills, lights...just so calming. management is pretty cool. they're nice to me and i haven't had any problems getting things handled quickly. i think some people get a bit rediculous when it comes to service requests. i heard a man once ask for someone to come unclog his toilet when i was in the office. give me a break. i would be humiliated and do it myself. there hasn't been much turnover since i moved in. a few maintenace guys are new and the manager, too, but it seems to have been a good change. this place is pretty cool. i'm very happy.
