River Heights

I have lived here for five years. I am persistently on the lookout for what is going right. And that is what I find! I find a caring office and maintainence staff; any new staff and maintainence who do not measure up are quickly terminated. I find people who intend to do their very best, and even did an admirable job when the previous management company didn't really support excellence. I see a new management company with an obvious commitment to having River Heights be an excellent place to live. The location here is SO beautiful, I get jazzed every time I come home. You know, if I were looking to complain, be a victim, feel uncared for, I could probably mount a case for that too... things were temporarily a bit rough prior to this new management. But it is SO important to me to be an appreciator that I focus on who and what I am thankful for. You'd be amazed at how these people respond to trust and kindness. The staff and maintainence will restore this place and they have my confidence and support!
