River Heights is Terrible

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2005-01-01

A month after I moved in I noticed that there was a leak in my roof. I informed the office staff about the problem and 9 months later my entire ceiling was about to cave in. This is after countless phone calls to the office explaining how the problem continued to deteriorate and needed desperate attention. It was only after I threatened a law suit that they finally came to the apartment to make the needed repairs.
