I do not understand the management here!

The management here is absolutely unsatisfactory. Maintenance issues should be at the top of their priority list, but unfortunately, even the simplest of maintenance tasks go ignored. I have had several maintenance issues that have been unattended to for nearly 6 months. Now, these issues have only gotten worse, and I am sure will cost the management company much more to fix than if the problems were taken care of in a timely manner. I just do NOT understand why any business would let their customers suffer with little choice but to endure the horrible conditions. These apartments are falling apart - and they want to convert them into condos? No way I'd buy one, knowing their condition.
