We have had numerous maintenance issues since moving in but River Heights has always been very responsive in fixing them quickly. I do wonder however why most issues were not resolved before we moved in to the apartment- most were visible issues. Also- no updates at all since the 70's.

The main issue that I have is that the noise level here is awful. We have bass loving neighbors on all sides & have complained to no avail. The walls are VERY thin so if you don't want to hear everything going on next door I do NOT recommend this place.
