Like many have lived here only because for the schools. To say managment was indifferent to the needs and concerns of the tenants would be a compliment. Their response is late, full of excuses, hostile, defensive and seldom helpful.

Maintance is a joke. The staff is not prompt, never gets it right the first time, leaves a mess when they are done. Most of the time I am uncomfortable allowing these guys into my unit becuase they look like the crowd at the day labor pick up site, where I think they come from. The same person is never seen twice.

My car and unit have been robbed several times here. I hear I'm not alone. If you have nice things plan on replacing them, paying an insurance deductable and having your insurance canceled becuase you are a high risk. I've had a $4000-5000 loss while here.

My rental bill changes each month without full accounting for the additional charges, most of the time it's wrong. Each month I fight over the charges and when I can't get a straight answer there are late fees to fight over.

Thankfully there is a site like this had I visited it I would not be living in River Heights. Do your self a favor find somewhere else anywhere else.
