I will agree that maintanence is not very good and needs a lot of help, but other than that, I have been very happy here (been here for 1 yr and signed another lease). It is a beautiful community and all the people that live here are so friendly. Feels very safe too, especially since you have to drive so far down columns dr. to get here! It's a great place for doggie friends too if you have one!
