Don't even know where to start. If you would like yourself and your family to live in danger of your health- then this is the place for you! TOXIC mold is everywhere and the management doesn't care. This has to be the most clueless staff ever possible. Jane is rude, crude and under-qualified to say the least. I can't wait until my lease is up! Maintenence doesn't seem to care about anything and appears to have no guidance at all. Everything about this place is horrible- I had simple maintence issues that still have been unresolved. The only communication you receive from the office is late letters and balance letters, somehow they manage to get those out in a timely fashion and 99% of the time they are incorrect. Rent increases' Don't even get me started on that!! This place should be condemned! Not only is every aspect of the community run down- so is the management- good luck trying to get a hold of the manager- she is NEVER there- or perhaps just unwilling to talk- and when you do finally manage to speak to her it's like talking to a wall- or a 2 year old- possibly the worst manager in any business I have ever had the displeasure of working with! Beware all future resident's- you will regret the day you sign a lease here!
