River Heights- the worst experience!

I have vacated the apartment I previously resided in at River Heights Crossing, due to the fact that the apartment is untenable, because of conditions in and surrounding the unit, details of which will be listed below.
The following conditions at River Heights complex necessitated my evacuation of the apartment
1)There is a severe problem with mosquito infestation on the grounds of the complex, which was not disclosed to me at the time of rental. The UPS man informed me that it is a terrible problem, not only around the unit I occupied, but throughout the apartment complex. Whenever I went outside to walk my dogs, when I went outside for a walk, or when I had to go out to use my cell phone, I became covered with black mosquitos which bit me on my face, neck, legs and arms.
I have notified the Cobb County Health Department which is investigating this.
I met two of their investigators on the property and gave them photos I had taken
of standing filthy water in the hot tub at the pool area, in a bird bath, where a
hydrant leaks, and other places on the complex. Children are unable to play outside without being bitten constantly. The management is well aware of the
problem and told me they would call the county, when I first moved in. They never followed up with me on this. I have recently finished two years of breast
cancer treatment including chemotherapy, radiation, and six surgeries. I have been instructed by my doctors to avoid any cuts, bites, or breaking of my skin on my
arms due to and having had most of my lymph
nodes removed when I underwent mastectomy.
3) There is little or no cell phone service inside the apartment units, due to the
location of the complex on a hill. Tenants go outside in the parking lot to use
cell phones. This condition applies to cell phones with all brands and service
providers. The apartment complex knew about this problem and did not disclose this to me
at time of rental or before move in. I missed important calls, was unable to return
calls while waiting for land line service to get installed, and spent in excess of
$200 trying out different cell phones and service providers in an attempt to find
one to work at the apartments.
2)There was a smell of fumes in the apartment I occupied, coming from the laundry room which had a louvered door. Inside that small space were
located the gas water heater, the large furnace, and the washer and dryer. The
maintenance man informed me that there had been problems with the vent system for this building and had to blow out my dryer vent duct in the wall with a hose to get to work when I moved in.
3)Some of the sprinkler heads were painted over to the point where they would not spin and dispense water properly in a fire. There was only one fire detector in the back hall of the apartment
5)Outside the apartment I occupied, in the back yard adjacent to the patio of the unit, many dogs used the bathroom. There were piles of fecal material all over that area creating a filthy, smelly bacteria laden area.
6)I had normally arisen at 8:00 AM prior to moving to the apartment. I was shocked to find that in the mornings starting as early as 5:00 AM, people ran up and down the wooden staircase about five feet from my bedroom window to walk their dogs or go to their car or other activity. This disrupted my routine, awakened my dogs, and triggered migraine headache for me, as sleep
disturbance can do.
There was a water leak under my kitchen sink, which warped the cabinet and
caused mold, with proper clean up never done by maintenance, mildew growing
from the master bath wall (retaining wall of building) and several other problems with the unit that I will not detail here, in the interest of saving time.
I had a terrible experience, was treated terribly by the apartment management, and it will take a long time for me to get over the effects of residing there and stress of moving again so soon. I have never been treated so rudely and without respect!
