River Heights

Living here at River Heights has been a total nightmare for me for the last year and 4 months. I totally hate it here. You would think that your home is your palace, a place where you have peace and tranquillity. Not here. I get off work and hate to go home to my own apartment because all I hear is my neighbors upstairs. It feels like the ceiling is going to cave in. I have had three new neighbors since moving in, and I have not gotten a good nights rest since residing here. All, I hear is constant running and hard walking upstairs. It is really annoying, no one deserves to go through this. I do not agree with anyone whom says the apartments are nice, there old.(need to be updated. Management comes and goes, now we have a complete new staff, from community manager to maintainence manager. The rent is terribly expensive, how in the hell do they expect single parents to survive living here. They went up on everyones rent by 50.00. They discontiuned comcast cable and took on some sorry cable company name Mediaworks, what a joke. The only reason that River Heights charges 1160, for a two bedroom is because they know everyone wants their children to attend Sope Creek, if it were'nt for Sope Creek, I would not be here. If Sope Creek was not within the zone of River Heights, apartments would be reasonable. All management cares about is getting their rent on the 1st of each month. I would not recommend this community to anyone. My lease will be ending in September and I am out of here.
