This apartment is a lesson for property developers. It shows how a beautiful apartment and a dream location can suck with incompetent maintenance staff and a 'dont care' property manager.
If anyone is coming here for the school. Please try all your options first and then come here. If you have the misfortune of coming here, just pray that you dont have any maintenance issues that you cant fix it yourself.

I lived here for 2 years, this place have it's problem but my God you people are whinning like spoiled childrens. No place is perfect so get over it.

i lived here for over 5 years .. i hate this place.. i just live here because my family didn't have time to move.. no place is perfect but I'm pretty sure no place will take 4years to fix some problems.
