I moved into River Heights in June of 2007, and I loved the location. Management was my one issue, though. Late last year, a new company took the property over, and I can really tell that they're working hard to make a difference. Maintenance requests are answered faster...well, that they're even being answered at all is a wonderful change. When I go into the office whether it's just to pay my rent, grab a package, or give a maintenance request someone always at least acknowledges me if they can't get to me. So far, from what I know on the renovation that's coming, they've got big plans for the future. I really hope that they plan to stay for a while, because I know a lot of people, myself included, who could get used to this.
