I've lived at River Heights for a year and recently re-newed my lease. As an option to renew, they let me decide to move to one of their new apartments. Over the last few months they have been livening up the exterior and bringing in some awesome landscaping. The buildings have been painted, too! I don't know why I was worried about what the inside of one of the new apartments would look like because my new place is GORGEOUS! I really love living here and I'm happy to come home now. A lot of the complaints people had before were with the previous management team, and early when the new one came in and were trying to fix all the problems that had been left behind. One of the things I HATED about this place was the lack of a laundry mat which meant that I had to rent a washer and dryer...I don't have to deal with that any more...the apartments all come with one included!

As far as the staff, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always been friendly and I don't feel like just another number when I walk into the office. I was surprised when I started my renewal process and the girl in the back already knew my name. I hadn't told them I was coming! She just knew me. That really made me feel like they care about me.

Summertime has always been great here because the trees seem to explode with live. I love living so close to the river, and I even have an apartment that looks out over a creek!

Do I regret moving into and staying at River Heights' Not for a second! This place is amazing, and I'm glad to call it home.

The trees do seem to explode with live. so does mold, water bugs, centipedes and cockroaches that not so unregularly decide to pay us a visit. I also have a renovated apt. I also have washing machine. And AC machines right outside my bedroom window that seem car engines. I'm happy for you. Good that you have it nice.

Get a decent English or go back where you are coming from, maybe there are no bugs and everything is great!
