Garbage. Refuse. Should be bulldozed. And I'm trying to be positive.
If you like insect infestations, unresponsive maintenance staff, dead animals rotting in your chimney, stairways caked over with mildew and mold, faulty wiring and substandard living arrangements, then River Heights is the place for you!!
I lived there for only four months, and it felt like four years. The single worst living arrangement I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Yes - the new management will tell you that they are fixing all of the issues left behind from former management. Some of them actually try. The end result was that nothing really ever got fixed. Nothing positive was ever done. It was positively dreadful.
Please - for your safety and quality of life - avoid River Heights.

I lived at RH when I first moved to ATL in 2004 and it's really sad that in all this time things haven't gotten any better.
