For the residents that were here before Lane Company purchased this apartment complex, it couldn't be worse. Maintenance issues ignored even to the point that my family is living in an unsafe apartment. This place has mold issues. Tremendous amount of dust, etc. is circulated through the heating/air system. Structurally, the buildings are questionable. Cracks in walls, outside of building, etc. Management is incapable or down right ignores maintenance issues, etc. so that people will not renew their lease. Then they so called renovate the apartments, with new floors, appliances, etc. but don't fix the structural problems, MOLD issues, etc. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T RENT HERE, TO BE TREATED LIKE ----. MY RENT WILL DOUBLE IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS IF I WAS TO RENEW MY LEASE.

The only reason people live in this complex is there are no competitors in the immediate area and schools. It is unfortunate that management takes advantage of their residents with no service in exchange for excessive rent.
