I think it's bad that only people review apartments, that don't like it, cause I know from several people who do love living here, but I guess as long as you are satisfied, you don't feel the need of letting other people know.

First of all: the rent is high, very high, but you get what you pay for: we just renewed our lease, before that we were looking for a different apartment complex, because of the high rent and long drive to work. There are some cheaper apartments, but no cheaper apartment taht includes a brandnew washer and dryer, that includes beautiful nature (walking trails, river, pond,...) right outside your door. It is more than safe here, no issues at all, it is very quiet and peaceful even though a lot of kids live here.

We have a 1-bedroom apartment which is on the top floor. It is awesome! No bug problems ( we had 2 waterbugs yesterday, emailed the office, somebody is coming to spray next week, we never had a bug issue before- and hey- don't forget where you live- the climate and everything-all you need to do is google waterbugs or cockroaches and it will tell you that they can be problems in the southern regions of North America). of course an apartment on the bottom, next to the AC machine can be noisy, but what about you look at the apartment before you move in'' Don't blame your carelessness on somebody else, do some research!

We just renewed our lease and they made us a more than excellent offer, not even close to the 900 we used to pay (by the way-we new before we moved in that it was going to be that high!) and the new managment is perfect! They are friendly, competent and care about their residents!!!!!!!!! Thumbs up to u guys!
