We live here only because of school. No one of many maintenance issues was complete in 24 hours as they promise. Even dangerous: Huge mirror in bathroom fell of the wall (not only in my apartment). Luckily no-one was hurt. ... more

Rent prices based on location and not service quality.

Extremely high rents. Renovated apartments don't match the standards. Bathrooms are old, bath tub paint is comming off after couple of times using it. Mold in bath tub was not cleaned during renovation but simply painted over. After 3 months ... more
