Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have been living in apartments for the past 8 years now due to the frequent moving options which come with my job, but Harbor is the most horrible community I have lived in till date. The management at Harbor is rude beyond imagination, there is no one to take maintenance requests not even emergency maintenance requests.
I would rather live on street then live in Harbor
