Although I've only lived here for less than a year now, I am pleased with my choice. It's very close to the Chattahoochie river, (my husband and I like water activities) I had to place a few maintenance problems with the office recently and they took care of them right away. The maintenance guy Joe is really nice and goes out of his way to help. (He carried my groceries one day) The office staff seems very friendly. They were very helpful with my move in.
They seem to be making a lot of changes also. Although it was a bit inconvenient, the walkway to my building was recently re-built. I believe they did all of them. It looks nice though.
Overall, I'm glad we moved here.
