I lived in River Park Apts. for 3 years and i've had a very good experience. Everytime there was an emergency they responded on time. They can be a bit tricky about repairs but they have 3 complexes so it's also the resident's job to stay on them until they send someone over. Their pools are the best! They're clean and not over populated. The staff is very friendly and i did not have any negative encounters with them. I would probably say there needs to be security driving around just like every apt. complex because i would see kids up to no good walking around and they did break into my vehicle once. Then i installed my auto alam and i didn't have any more problems. River Park apts. are one of the best i've lived in for a certain price range.
