The rent is cheap and it sounds great but wait until you get your first months bills! The windows let cold air out and cold air in! The water bill is split between the entire building so in my apartment for 2 people had a $65 water bill every month. Then there is the cable issue. The current cable wires we installed when the place was built 30 years ago and with the new switch to digital we never know if we will have tv or internet! Just last week there were about 10 break ins, in one week! When you call to ask what is being done to protect us and out belongings they say we should form a neighborhood watch! I am not joking, how could I make this up! They will charge you for a gated community but in 2 years the gate has worked a total of 3 months. Last but not least the roaches! You actually get used to them after a while. I does not matter how many times the pest control guy sprays they have taken over the entire facility. I hope this help someone because I never thought it could be this bad.

Guess they have not fixed the water issue since I moved out in Jan 2009. I had problems with DSL Internet too, so I'm surprised about the cable connection. Likely, it may have been also caused by the water main leak that everyone in the complex is paying for.
