Poorly managed and misleading. Dont expect prompt service

Youd better get your gas, electric and water switched over into your naem ASAP if you decide to live here. If not they will shut it down with less than 24 hours notice. This happened to my gas on 2/26/03.
They left a note on my door on the 25th informing that I had to pay the past due balance on the gas that was still in management's name. The bill was on $30 and it stated that payment needed to be made with the upcoming rent. Seemed an easy fix but to my surprise they turened it off just shy of 24 hours later. It appears that new management had come in and worked a deal with Atlanta Gas and Light, where anyone that didnt have gas in their name would be shut off. There were many people in the office frustrated as I was with the same issue. Since then I have left 5 voicemails with the management and one at Corporate. None have been returned. Atlanta Gas and light says it must mandate the $50 reconnect fee, which in my opinion, ought to be absorbed by Sentinel properties.
The complex is in a ideal location to 75 and 285 but if you come by to visit you might see me outside Picketing with signs.
Dont live here if you cant tolerate incompetence and lack of communication.
