The truth just short of a year

Here is the skinny after reading the review on 10/22/2002 and all the ones before it, I still signed a lease for the simple reason that I told myself don?t move in till everything is fixed. Well I moved in without some stuff being done and they have still not been done realize it?s September of 2003.
The apartments are beautiful, quiet and spacious with fireplaces and sunrooms. Walk in closets and just closet space is amazing! I have a 2 Bedroom with 4 linen closets and two walk in closets.
The problem is communication from within the office, they don?t quite know how to properly relay information. Communication within the office is so comical it?s fun to just go sit in the office and watch for an hour on a Friday afternoon.
If a maintenance guy makes it into your apartment you will never know because they don?t provide a completion slip stating that they visited your apartment. So how to fix this problem, put a big note on what needs to be fixed with a check off list of all the other concern items and he will normally have to move the paper out of the way and he will actually do those tasks listed on the note. Henry is willing to fix if they tell him what to fix.
Also I have lived here for a year now and it is interesting how many people stay in this community. I have had two different neighbors even though irritated with management they still moved within the community instead of out to another property. My new neighbor is a third time resident of this community.
The people that stay here long periods of time become gardeners, fix it wizards and pest control experts you could say because it?s not true maintenance or management cares if its done correctly. It is not rare to borrow tools from your neighbor to fix something that?s been broken for a year or to have to go out side and cut a tree that has overtaken your patio.
If you read about bug problems it?s 100% true, although I only have an ant problem.
